Thanks Jim but that was my first thought as well - I upgraded both El Capitan and Office right AFTER the crash started happening. Outlook had been running fine since I upgraded to El Capitan a couple I am running the latest Outlook 2016 version 15.18 (just upgraded all of Office hoping it would fix the crash) on El Capitan 10.11.3. Outlook just started crashing when launching the app.
